This challenge is for the committed riders as well as for beginners. The ones who want a solid goal to keep them accountable all month long. Ride indoors or outdoors, in short spurts or longer sessions – it all counts. Just keep your wheels turning and let those kms add up.
Reaching 108 kms in 21 days will earn you the finisher's medal.

Criteria for Qualification
21-day challenge could include:
- Completion Timeframe: Participants must complete the challenge within 21 consecutive days.
- Distance Requirement: Cyclists must cover a total distance of 108 kilometers, Runners must cover a total of 42 kilometers whereas For Yoga 108 Surya Namaskar must be done within the specified timeframe.
- Tracking: Participants need to track their cycling activities using a reliable method such as GPS tracking apps, fitness trackers, or manually recorded distances.
- Proof of Completion: Submission of evidence such as screenshots, photos of odometers, or activity logs to verify the completion of the challenge.
- Consistency: Participants should aim for consistent progress, (averaging around 5.14 kilometers ride, 2 kilometers run and/or 5.14 Surya Namaskar) per day to achieve the target within 21 days.
- Safety Guidelines: Adherence to safety guidelines such as wearing helmets, obeying traffic rules, and choosing safe cycling routes.
- Health Precautions: Ensure that participants are physically capable of completing the challenge by advising them to consult with a healthcare professional before participating, especially if they have any underlying health concerns.
